What we collect. Name, company, email, mobile number, your area of interest and anything you choose to tell us, plus the QR code or link you used to reach this site.

Why and on what basis. To respond to your enquiry and follow up after the festival (legitimate interests and, where you tick the box, consent), under the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, where applicable.

Where it goes. Our CRM (HubSpot) and email systems, which may store data outside the DIFC under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long. Festival enquiries are kept for 12 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. [TBD: confirm retention period.]

Your rights. You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection. Email connect@10leaves.ae.
